Current Contract Status

• UNAC - although the CBA “expired” on December 31, 2021, it remains in effect during negotiations to the extent required by Alaska law.
• UNAD- although the CBA “expired” on February 28, 2022, it remains in effect during negotiations to the extent required by Alaska law.
• Local 6070 - the University and Local 6070 agreed to extend the current contract one year to June 30, 2023.
