The Bargaining Unit definition includes: Graduate Assistants (including Teaching Assistants, Research Assistants, Service Assistants, and Engagement Assistants) Student Assistants, and Fellows enrolled in graduate programs.
Regular, full-time University employees, regardless of whether they are enrolled in a graduate program, are not part of AGWA/萝莉社视W.

Update: April 30, 2024
On April 30, 2024, 萝莉社视 reached a tentative agreement on a full contract with AGWA. Details can be found below or by clicking here. The agreement must be approved by AGWA members and the 萝莉社视 Board of Regents, and will then be forwarded to the Alaska Department of Administration for approval. 萝莉社视 has also submitted a funding amendment for the legislature to consider for inclusion in the budget for Fiscal Year/Academic Year 2025, which begins on July 1, 2024.

University of Alaska and graduate student union reach tentative 3-year contract agreement

The contract terms are July 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026.
